I remember Densel being the most kind and trustworthy loan originator I'd ever met. His demeanor showed he truly cared. While I'm sad for those of us left behind, I'm glad he is rejoicing with God now. I pray God will show you many blessings coming from this tragedy. I know in my short lifetime so far I have seen good come from bad many times. God bless you all!

"Dennie" had this selfless desire and ability to enter into your world. He sensed your times of sadness or deep disappointment and helped to carry you through them with prayer and concern. He also joined you in rejoicing over victories won and in life's greatest joys. My friend, you have been the hands and feet of Jesus in my world. And I thank God for you! To Michele, Jackie and Ty, I share your grief, and yet we together grieve as those who have hope. To Frank, I can only imagine how it hurts to lose your big brother! Remember Christ's promise to us. We will meet again with our great Savior in heaven's endless day!

My heart breaks for you. It seems unfair that life goes on and your world has stopped. Densel was a classmate at MSCS. A couple of years ago Densel was the speaker at KCCBS and he wanted to honor my Dad, Kenneth Powell, in his speech. Densel reaches out to me to tell me that. I was touched, humbled and proud Densel would honor him. You have a wonderful heritage and you will always have that. The tributes and lives touched are amazing but no surprise. Your son, brother, husband and father was one of the good fellows. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Michelle and family, We want to extend our deepest sympathy to you all, so sorry for your loss. I remember the first time we stepped foot in Cornerstone. We were with our daughter Jessica and her husband Zach. After service Densel came over to us, greeted us, asked about what was going on in our lives and then asked if he could pray for us! Wow, we were so touched. What an amazing man of God. Thank you for sharing him with all of us. We will continue to pray for you all! Blessings, Aaron and Julie Imhoff

I watched both boys at GBS and they left a good image in my mind of two young men loving God. Though they were different in make up they both loved God. Densel was a friend and we will miss him. May God bless the family has been our prayers.
