Gayle Correll, 64, of Olathe, Kansas passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, June 3, 2017. There will be a celebration of her life on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 5pm-9pm at the Spring Hill Community Center, 613 S. Race Street, Spring Hill, KS 66083.
Gayle had a fierce love for family and friends. She had an upbeat zest for life and was remarkably jovial in spite of many hardships. She was always witty and fun and happy. Her son, Dallas had always been the light of her life and he gave her 3 beautiful grand daughters, whom she adored and who brought her immense joy. She will be greatly missed by all.
Gayle is predeceased by her father Guy Kinney (1988), her mother Donna Kinney (2013) and her beloved sister Guyanne Briley (2015).
Gayle is survived by her cherished only child Dallas (Angie) Correll of Gardner, her 3 adoring granddaughters Hailey, Skylar and Sammie Jo, 4 brothers - Gary Kinney of Shawnee, Greg (Lori) Kinney of Littleton, Co., Kelly Kinney of Olathe, Brett (Cathy) Kinney of Olathe, 4 sisters - Deb (Greg) Kreie of Grandview, Mo., Denise (Miles) Dickens of Belton, Mo., Shelly Owen of Olathe and Carmel (John) Kuckelman of Shawnee.
Gayle is also survived by her bonus father Bill "Daddy Bill" Adams of Olathe, KS, and many, many nieces and nephews who will forever remember their aunt's loving and witty personality.
