Robert "Bob" Bernard Ruether

Robert “Bob” Bernard Ruether, 86 years old of Overland Park. Kansas died on Memorial Day. Bob was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Meta and Bernard Ruether.

He graduated from Xavier University in 3 years and was a loyal fan all his life. After graduation Bob worked for the FBI and left to provide Executive Security Services to the private sector at Texas Instruments, Mobil Oil and Merrion Merrill Dow. But it was at the FBI that he met his wife of 60 years Connie Ruether.

They were blessed with 5 sons Tom, Pat (wife Sandy), Mike, John (wife Lee) and Rich. He was also blessed with 6 grandchildren Reece, Ramsey, Jake, Jentry, Rachel and Mathew whom he loved very much. He was preceded in death just 30 days ago by his wife Connie. A private family service will be held for both at a future date.
