Emogene Sutgrey, age 67 of Kansas City, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, September 15, 2017 peacefully at Kansas City Hospice House. Memorial Services, Thur. Sept. 21, 2017, 1:00 p.m, Church of the Redeemer, 7110 N. St. Rt. 9, Kansas city, MO.

She was survived her two daughters Kimberly Sutgrey and Shana Warren: six grandchildern Sherron Brown, Monkayla and Lamontreal Garrett, Corey Jr., Aliyah, and Amaya Warren. Two great granddaughters Nevaeh and Amay'Lah. Her sister Mary Ellen. Her nieces/nephew Nicole, Kasey, Wendy, Charlie, Lisi, Donita, and a host of great nieces and nephews.

Emogene was known her tender heart and creating memorable bonds with people from all walks of life. Emogene would give the shirt off of her back to any one in need. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shana Sutgrey.
