Beloved mother and friend to all. She was an Interior Decorator by trade. Also, a small business person and had a home crafts store. She enjoyed reading, vacationing, visiting with family and friends, including the Diplomats Group, where she was active for many years. 

She leaves behind her three children, Tammy Gappa (Applegate) of Coweta, Okalhoma. Darren Gappa, of Lenexa, Kansas, and Jana Gappa of Kansas City, Missouri. Three grandchildren, Paige Applegate of Coweta, Oklahoma. Bryce Applegate of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Cade Applegate of Coweta, Oklahoma. Also, her two sisters, Jan Chapel of Edmond, Oklahoma and Sherry Simpson of Edmond, Oklahoma as well.
