I am sorrowed by the news of Jerry's passing. I remember Jerry helping me to recover my 64 Pontiac GTO from an unscrupulous mechanic who Jerry introduced to me at my request. Jerry late on a Sunday evening recover and move my GTO back to my home. He didn't stopped there he help find the mechanic who was a meth head, which enabled me to get my engine back which was in parts. He then help me find another machinist to rebuild the engine. Then he helped me install the engine. Jerry didn't stop until everything was back to normal. I know he felt some responsibility, he didn't want to let a friend down. He was a wonderful person.
