Jacob Nathaniel Wood was born April 5th, 1980 and passed away on the evening of January 5th, 2018. Jacob was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri. Jacob is survived by his daughter Bronwyn Wood 17yrs old and son Cash Wood 3yrs old, his Mother Tammy Forte and step father Raymond, his father Anthony Wood and Step Mother Paula, his sister Jenessa Wood Lee and brother in law Darren, brother Austin Foster and wife Nikki, brother Taylor Foster. Jacob also is survived by his nieces Waylan, Penelope and nephew Kyle, grandmother, grandfather and among an extensive list of close Aunts, uncles, close cousins and his friends. Jacob was very loved and will forever be missed by all that he knew. A go fund me page will be set up for his children's college funds.
