Lee S. Morrison, 79, of Lenexa KS, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018.

Lee was born in Newton, Kansas on July 15, 1938.  He grew up on the family farm in Newton, Kansas and later with his mother and siblings in Wichita, Kansas.  He graduated from East High School in 1956 and from Wichita State University in 1960.

Lee worked for many years at the Boeing Co. in Wichita.  He was an avid golfer, Jayhawk fan, camper and boater.  He loved fishing or doing anything else with his grandson and partying with his friends.

Lee is survived by his wife of 57 years, Virginia, son Rodney (Kurt); daughter Shari Wright (Kevin); grandson Kyle Wright; siblings Jack Morrison, Sue Bair, Ann Beall, Linda Andrews, Lora Boys and many nieces and nephews.  Lee is predeceased by his parents Frances and Eunice; and stepfather Richard Clary.  A celebration of Lee’s life is pending.
