Sharon Louise Hitz, 81, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Research Medical Center surrounded by her family. Sharon was born in Lincoln, Nebraska February 4, 1937 to Robert and Lily Robotham. She had two sisters, Donna Lebsock and Diane Jackson. She was a 1955 graduate of Lincoln High School. On September 15, 1956 she married Roger Hitz and moved to Kansas City. Sharon enjoyed attending Chiefs and Royals games, walking at LongView Lake, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband Roger of 61 years, her son Michael Hitz, her daughter Marsha Johnston and her husband Greg, and her two grandchildren Tyler and Alyssa Johnston. A celebration of Sharon's life will be held at a later date
