Rudolph (Rudy) R. Fanska, 72, passed away March 7, 2019 after a long battle with diabetes and kidney disease.
A celebration of life is being planned for early summer.
He was born August 26th, 1946 to his parents, Rudolph Fanska and Janet Retzer Fanska. He grew up in Kansas City and lived his life in the area. He received a BS Chemistry from the University of Missouri and later an MBA. He most recently worked as a tax accountant. Rudy was an eagle scout, enjoyed the outdoors, reading, chess and debating his views with others.
His greatest love though was his family. He leaves behind his wife of 29 years, Anita Weir Fanska and his children Rachel Fanska Martin, Chris Musgrave and Kara Musgrave. His grandchildren Bria, Brooks, Hayden, Kale, Markus and two to arrive shortly. They brought him great joy. Rudy is also survived by his siblings, MaryAnn Fanska, Chuck Fanska, Janet Fanska, Peggy Fanska, Susan Fanska, John Fanska, Nancy Pfeifer, Bill Fanska and Elizabeth Krispin. He will be deeply missed.
