Frank Glick, age 60, of Fleming, MO,  formerly of  Bloomington, MN passed away July 28, 2019 in the family home.

Born in Burlingame, CA, Frank was the middle son of Nathan and Jeanette Glick. He developed a love for photography at a young age taking some of his first pictures on an old Brownie camera. In 2011, Frank captured the iconic photo of an eagle on a tombstone at Fort Snelling, titled Keeping God’s Acre.

Frank retired from Delta Airlines after the merger with Northwest Airlines.  Early into his Northwest Airlines career he moved from the beautiful California coast to the frigid metropolis known as the Minnesota Twin Cities. Frank worked closely with IAM Local Lodge 1833, and at retirement moved south to balmy Fleming, MO to be with the woman of his dreams.

 Frank had an unconventional sense of humor, often surprising people into unexpected laughter at completely inappropriate times.  Frank loved to travel both by land and air and airline employee perks didn’t suck. He was also rumored to give the best hugs EVER and thrived on making pretty girls smile.  He was a hopeless romantic and loved lavishing attention on his amazing wife.

Frank is survived by his wife Jo and children Mr. Jesse Tucker (Sharese), Mrs. Marie Harley (Josh), Mr. Ryan Glick, Mr. Trevor Glick, Mr. Freeman Johns and the harem of pretty girls that thought he hung the moon.

The Missouri Celebration of Life was  held Monday August 19, 2019 at Fleming Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Minnesota Celebration of Life will be held Saturday September 21, 2019 at Richfield Bloomington Eagles Club #3208,  9152 Old Cedar Ave. S. , Bloomington,  MN 55425 from 12 - 6:00 pm.
