On Tuesday, December 31st, Diane Childers passed away in her home in Olathe, Kansas with her loving daughter and husband by her side. We will gather for a Celebration of Life lunch Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 1pm-3pm at the American Legion Post 153, 410 E. Dennis Avenue, Olathe, Kansas. Diane is survived by her husband Johnny Childers, her children, Tina, Andy, Michael, and Johnny, her grandchildren Madea, Amanda, Coltt, and many great grandchildren. Diane was also survived by many children she welcomed into her home. Diane was a strong willed woman and was a fighter. She loved to go to the boat to play on her favorite machine and indulge in endless crab legs. Diane worked for the IRS and enjoyed a good game of BINGO. Diane enjoyed a good laugh and enjoyed the Price is Right. In lieu of flowers we ask that contributions be made to a cancer foundation that closely effects yourself or to Olathe Hospice who took great care of Diane making her comfortable and supporting her family every step of the way.
