Kyle E. Thomas, 57, of Shawnee passed away Aril 15, 2024 in Overland Park, KS.

He was born in Shawnee Mission, KS to Walt and Carol Thomas on June 8, 1966.

Kyle received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baker University.  He worked in sales most of his life.  Kyle loved Jesus and people well.  He was involved at Rolling Hills Church serving on various committees over the years.  He was also deeply loved andsupported by Westside Family Church.  Kyle cherished the time he had with his friendsand family, and was incredibly proud of his daughter Claire.  He dedicated time to boating, camping and fishing and enjoyed day trips into the surrounding small towns to find quaint shops and get out of the city.  He always had a soft spot in his heart for animals, especially his own various pets.  Kyle was a member of the Shawnee Masonic Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bob & Ruth Mackay and Allen & Virginia  Thomas, father Walt Thomas, mother Carol Thomas, sister Marcia Thomas and sister-in-law Mary Thomas.

Kyle is survived by daughter Claire Nash (Trevor), brother Jeff Thomas, brother Phil Thomas (Karen), many loving nieces, nephews and an extended family.

Visitation will be at 10am followed by a Celebration of Life at 11am on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Rolling Hills Church 9300 Nall Ave. Overland Park, KS.

In lieu of flowers, Kyle requested donations to the SPCA or your local animal shelter.
