Connie Lee Stokes, 60, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Truman Medical Center. Memorial services will be private.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Luther E. and Martha L. Stokes, maternal grandparents, Ernest Lee and Viva Mae Johnson and nephew Nicholas E. Pierce.

Connie is survived by her parents, Jesse E.  and Ann Stokes, three sisters; Rebecca (Joey) Jackson, Brenda Christiansen, Cherie Stokes, brother, Eddie (Linda) Stokes, ten nieces and nephews and ten great-nieces and nephews.
