Nettie Allene Nichols, born September 01, 1929 passed away Sunday, November 29^th at age 91 at North Kansas City hospital surrounded by loved ones. Nettie was born to parents Sam Brandy and Laura Vest in Kansas City, Missouri. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, Sam and Harold Brandy and her two sisters, Eva Olsen and Lea Bell.

Nettie was a devoted mother to her only son, Curtis Nichols, Sr., whom preceded her in death in 2019.

Nettie is survived by her daughter-in-law, Marlene Nichols and four grandchildren, Curtis Nichols, Jr., Carrie Edwards, Christina Bialek and Courtney Bagby. In addition, she has 9 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.
