Fred J. Highley age 64 of Overland Park, KS entered into eternal rest on April 4, 2021 in Kansas City, MO.

 

Fred was born on May 25, 1956 in St. Louis, MO to his late parents Elbert and Isabelle (Frydach) Highley. Fred was a Vice President at Talley Communications, a supplier of wireless communications and mobile products. Fred was a Veteran having served in the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed his family, friends, electronics, and sports.

 

He was preceded in death by brothers, Ronald Fredock and Larry Highley.  He is survived by brothers: Elbert John Highley Jr., Maynard Highley, and one sister Laureen (Robert) Highley Nichols as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Gravesde Service will be held 11:00 am, Friday, April 30, 2021, Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd., St. Louis, MO 63125.
