Cody Levi Harrison, Age: 33

Cody Levi Harrison, 33 of Independence passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.

 

Cody was the eldest of his family and had a huge heart and would help others when he could. He loved his family and his dog. Cody was a hard worker. He had a troubled past and he could not shake some of his demons, but he had lots of love for his family and friends. He loved the outdoors, being silly, and lots of good food, especially anything his uncle or stepdad fixed on the smoker. 

 

He is preceded in death by his grandparents and 1 stepbrother.

 

He is survived by his son, his mom & stepdad, his dad & stepmom, 3 younger brothers, 2 half-sisters, 1 half-brother, 1 stepbrother, 1 stepsister, and extended family. 

 

We will remember the good times with Cody and pray he has found peace

I would say shook would be saying the least. Cody Levi I never actually known his middle name. I don't only met Cody a few times but you could surely tell that to me he was a Harrison. I know one of his younger brothers Colt. I heard many stories shared among friends about the both of them. However all of mine are short funny and heartfelt even the ones that would be furiating. I hope that your family finds peace and I hope that Cody Levi has found his. Personally I think Cody should have always went by Cody Levi. I did not know that he was a father like I'd said I only met him a few times. I hope that within time the smiles can again return and the laughter can be shared that he so often brought.

I know how it feels to have a beast with in. I also know that beast is of spirit. When you would sing that native chant or song what ever it was homie it would bring goose bumps and make my heart race. I don't think a demon could bring me closer to God. Thank you for your friendship. God calls the shots and knows what he is doing. Hope u and Grandfather are singing and beating a drum. Love u homie.
