Roberta L. Buchanan Weaver
Roberta L. Buchanan Weaver passed away on January 30, 2023 at home in Leawood, Kansas.  She was born July 19, 1939 to Clifford and Inez Buchanan in Lexington, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky and Johnson County Community College of Overland Park, Kansas. Roberta was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood and Leawood Welcomers.
 
In 1958 she married Jackie L. Weaver of Maysville, Kentucky. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters; Laura (Jim) Streeby of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Lisa Weaver of Dallas, Texas, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was a member of the Blue Valley Christian Church.
 
Final rites will be private at a later date. The family requests any donations in memory of Roberta be made to Adopt Kansas Kids Adoption and Beyond, 16236 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, Kansas 66085.
