I speak for the KC Pickleball community that D will be missed by all of us. I am so grateful that we became close friends and were able to share our faith with each other. We loved D and will miss her smile, personality and kindness. She gave so much and asked so little.

I met Deann in my Oxford days. She helped me so much. She helped me in many difficult situations. After leaving Oxford we stayed in touch. She always kept me in touch with reality. I loved her brutal honesty and how much she cared about every person she interacted with. My heart is so sad that world lost such a beautiful soul far too soon. My heart and prayers are with her family during this awful time.
