Edward Paltani, 80 passed away November 19, 2024, in Overland Park, KS.

He was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Donald Paltani and Bernyce Paltani on November 14, 1944.

Edward was a restaurant owner which he enjoyed along side his beloved wife Shari in Omaha, Nebraska. He and Shari also enjoyed owning and racing horses throughout the Omaha and Lincoln areas. During retirement years the two followed their passion of spending time in Florida and ultimately became full time residents of Marco Island in 2006. Shari and Ed quickly built a great social network of friends while living in Marco Island. Once Shari left to be with the Lord, Ed devoted his time being a member of the Knights of Columbus within the San Marco Catholic Church on Marco Island. He formed a brotherhood and worked quickly to become a Knight in the 4th Degree. He was extremely proud and honored to be a Knight. He leaves behind a great men’s group of friends on Marco Island.

He is preceded in death by Wife Sharon Paltani, his parents, grandparents and various aunts and uncles.

Ed is survived by Son Anthony Wolkow, Grandson Maximus Wolkow. Daughter Julee Paltani Booth (George) grandsons, Sebastian, Dominic, Anthony and Vincent. Brother Thomas Paltani (Mary), Sister Charlotte Leas.

Funeral TBD at St. Michael Catholic Church in Overland Park, KS

Burial will be performed at a later date in Marco Island, Florida.
