Kathryn “Kate” Leah Sanders passed away peacefully at 4:49pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Kate was born in Arkansas on September 15, 1953. She is preceded by her mother, Grace Edwards, and survived by her daughter, Amber Hagen, and her grandchildren, Ethan Hagen and Keira Hagen. Kate lived in Kansas City, MO, and previously in Lead, SD, Fairbanks, AK, and San Diego, CA. She loved many things, including music, writing, new experiences, art, dance, and nature. Kate will be missed. Services will be private.
