Troy J. Bettis, 55 of Overland Park, Kansas passed away on January 1, 2021. Troy was born on July 4, 1965 to Duaine and Lyla Bettis. Troy spent his childhood in Belleville, Kansas with his twin brother Tony and his older sister Terri.
