Judy Louise Todtenhausen, age 81, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 22, 2021, at 11:11 am. She was born September 10, 1939, in Saint Louis, Missouri. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Hilda Mantei, her in-laws Henry and Anna Marie Todtenhausen, brother-in-law Joe Wald, brother-in-law Heinz Todtenhausen, granddaughter Lauren Davis and other close family and dear friends.
Judy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, she graduated from Beaumont High School in 1957. In high school, she met her husband of over 40 years, Rudy. In 1971. Rudy and Judy made Overland Park, Kansas their home and raised their 3 daughters and countless dogs and cats. Judy stayed home with the girls and worked various part-time jobs during the school years. Judy's enjoyed reading, bowling, laying by the pool, traveling, and scary movies.
Judy is survived by her sister, Charlene Wald of Bloomington, Illinois, her husband of over 40 years, Rudy Todtenhausen, three daughters Shari Cullinan, Rene' Davis (Troy), Dana Lormor (Sean), and grandchildren, Joe Cullinan (Becky), Jacob Davis (Torie), Jennifer Cullinan, Jayme Cullinan, Miranda Davis, Justin Nicholas, and Tyler Nicholas. She was great-grandma to Halle, Henry, and Duke. She is also survived by brother-in-law, Art Todtenhausen of Kansas City, Missouri and sister-in-law Nancy Todtenhausen of St. Louis, Missouri along with many nieces and nephews.
Her uniquely loving character and sense of humor will be remembered fondly as she is sorely missed. We love you, MOM!
