Friend ,Overland Park ,Kansas

My husband, Dick Degen, decided to take piano lessons when he retired. We were so lucky to find Kevin and Angela, they were perfect for my husband. Kevin was his teacher and was so kind, patient and supportive of my husband’s desire to play the piano. After my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor, Kevin and Angela were always on Caring Bridge giving encouragement along our journey. Dick passed away on September 8, but I know he has a huge smile on his face because now his piano teacher is with him in heaven and they can resume their lessons. Kevin was a wonderful person and every time I listen to his CDs, I will think about him. So sorry for your loss, take time to heal.

I am very sorry for your loss. My Dad (Dick Degen) always enjoyed taking piano lessons from Kevin. Kevin was so supportive of my Dad's cancer journey and even worked patiently with him during this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

I am sending all of my love to you Angela as well as your family. I will forever remember his gentle spirit and his kindest heart. I am beyond grateful and truly blessed to know such a wonderful soul. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be able to be who I was truly meant to be. Throughout my many years of knowing him, I can honestly say, it truly has been an absolute honor. I am sending you all my love and healing energy. Much love, Marina
