Mary Ann was a wonderful sister-in-law to me. I will miss her and her faithful canine companion, Cocoa. Mary Ann and Bill loved living on Main Street in Parkville. The July 4 parade marched past their front porch. Mary Ann liked to say that her daughter, Kate, was well cared for while growing up. Her grandmother ,Bea Johnson, was at one end of Main and her other grandmother, Isabelle Hasty, was at the other end.
