Ruby Lucille Weaver, 98, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed peacefully at her home on March 5, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born near Versailles, Missouri on February 19, 1925 to Molly Jane (Hayes) Sidebottom and James Wesley Sidebottom.  Ruby was united in marriage to Ira Estes Weaver on November 7, 1942.  Together they had three daughters.  Ruby was an accomplished seamstress, sewing clothes for her family and friends.  She worked alongside Ira at Highway Oil until they retired.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ira Weaver, her daughter Barbara J. Kilbourne, grandson Karl Kilbourne, sons-in-law David Dunlap and Jack Kilbourne. She was also preceded by siblings Goldie Branstetter, Margaret Wood, Mary Hall, Esther Howser, Rachel Wood, Wilma Wasmer, Paul Sidebottom and Alvin Sidebottom. 

Ruby is survived by daughters Marsha Lynn Martin (Alan Martin) and Jodie Eileen Dunlap. She is also survived by granddaughter Wendy Bollman (Dennis), three grandsons Justin Martin (Joanne), Jeremy Martin (Jamie) and Joey Dunlap.  She has four great granddaughters, Jillian, Aly, Presley and Madysen, two great grandsons, Brendan and Camden and four great, great grandchildren, Aryanna, Olivia, Grant and Jackson. Ruby is also survived by three brothers, Raymond Sidebottom, Ronald Sidebottom and Herb Sidebottom. 

Ruby was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
