October 14, 1955 - September 12, 2023

Terry Herdman, 68, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on September 12, 2023. She was born to parents Shirley Thompson and Hal Bartlett, on October 14, 1955 in Kansas City, MO.

She enjoyed and pursued many hobbies and passions including card-making, bowling, making cakes, and watching holiday specials on television. Terry especially loved the movies Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind. She also greatly enjoyed time spent with her family and grandchildren.

Terry is preceded in passing by her father, Hal Bartlet, mother, Shirley Thompson, and stepfather, Robert Thompson.

She is survived by sons, Eric (Rebecca) Herdman and Daniel (Sarah) Herdman, grandchildren Chloe and Matt, siblings David Thompson, Judy McGlothlin, Robert Bartlett, Bob Thompson, and Bill Bartlett, and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Sunday, September 17 from 4-7pm at Antioch Park Shelter #3.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Terry’s memory.
