Sam passed Valentine's Day, 2025 at the age 67 in his home.

He was born on April 25, 1957, in Kansas City, Kansas to George and Eva Horne.

  He is survived by wife Tracy and a stepson Chad. One granddaughter, a great granddaughter, and his older sister Barbara.

  He is also survived by two nephews and one niece, and two great nephews who are the family of his late brother Bob, who

passed in 2009. He is also preceded by his parents George in 1992 and Eva in 2021 and brother Jim in 1985.

No services are scheduled Sam requested to be cremation.
