Lora Aulgur, 89, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on April 30. 2025. Lora was born on December 14, 1935, in Glasgow, Montana. Lora was the daughter of John and Frances Tetley and was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Freddy Tetley, Jimmy Tetley, and her sister Charlotte Bridges. Lora grew up in La Junta, Colorado, and moved to Kansas City in her early 20’s to study voice. Lora married Robert Aulgur in Kansas City, in July of 1957.

Throughout her life, Lora enjoyed sewing crafts, upholstery and music. Lora had a great singing voice and was a talented pianist.  

Lora is survived by her son Bret (Kathy), her daughters Lexa Finley (Chuck), Tracy West, and Tanya Mooibroek, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren; her sister, Sally Henson, and former spouse Robert Aulgur.
