William Carrol Raines II, passed away suddenly Saturday, May 10^th in Belton, MO, at his home he was so proud of.

Willie will be remembered for his ability to MacGyver anything, “Power of the Bibs”, and his strong work ethic. His family and friends will miss his laid-back fun kind heart, and all his backyard gatherings. He proudly worked for 35yrs for Yellow Freight and the last two at Skymark, He served them well.

He leaves behind his wife, Cindy Raines; brother, Charles Raines and his wife, Bridgett; sister, Desrea; daughter, Anna; bonus son, Jason; he was “Papa” to Raine, Jasper, and Viola; nephews, Josh and RJ; and friends who he loved.
