Elaine Long, like her siblings and many of their children & our next gen are community servants. Nurses, teachers, fire fighters and so much more. Her path was not easy, she failed at some things but she fought on and oh how she loved. She was as I call myself “A woman of faith” and she shared her faith with all of us. I remember her throughout many seasons of my life. I saw her “restarts” & she was there for me for @ least one of mine. Late 90’s I was still back @ my parents (by mutual choice) & in the early years of my hospital nursing. Mom & Dad had started to enjoy traveling w/me there to manage the house & bills for extended periods of time. I needed help w/Cassie getting on & off the bus so I called up Aunt Elaine bought her a plane ticket to SA (more than one year). Ask me about the attic incident lol. Aunt Elaine, rest in peace I can not thank you enough. I love you, Michelle Long
