Jo, more fondly known as Nan or G-Nan was such a bright and vibrant person. She left an impression on anyone she met. She told me many stories from her childhood in England with such color and detail. The life she lived was a remarkable one. It has been such a privilege for me to grow up and become a part of the family she created. Her fiery personality cemented so many lasting memories that I will always treasure. She was not afraid to tell you how she felt about something and had such a kind and loving heart. She made little moments feel big and special. I will miss her smile and great big laugh, the kind of laugh that made you smile and laugh right along with her. I am forever grateful to have been a part of her life.
