Charles Jeffrey Rockhold, Age: 61
Sep 09, 1964 - Dec 08, 2025

Charles Jeffrey Rockhold, 61, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed on December 8th leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and cherished memories. Jeff was born on September 9, 1964, at Wayne County Hospital in Corydon, Iowa, and grew up with strong Midwestern roots that shaped the man he would become.

Jeff is survived by his children Charles Jacob and Joshua Jean Rockhold, grandchildren Charles Jay and Sadie Rockhold, and sister Angie Kesler who will forever carry his presence in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Nancy Rockhold.

Jeff was a track and softball star in high school and known for his speed and athletic ability that he passed down to his sons. Throughout his life, Jazzy Jeff, as he was known, was the most selfless and helpful human. When he entered a room, his kindness and love filled the air. He had several careers over the years, but as of late, he worked on the golf course with his son, Jacob, as an equipment manager. He was known for his consistent good attitude and dedication to doing his best every day. Jazzy consistently went above and beyond, both in his work and in the way he cared for his family and friends. Jeff was the guy who would show up at the drop of a hat with no questions asked. He never hesitated to roll up his sleeves and do the hard work himself, a driving force that led his peers in the Kansas City golf course industry to name him Equipment Manager of the Year this past November. The saying “He would give you the shirt off his back” is quite literally who he was as a coworker, father, brother, and friend. Family and friends will remember Jeff for the dedication and pride that he had for his family.
