Jill Marie Blevins (Wegmann), age 65, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away on December 29, 2025. She was born on September 26, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Norbert and Shirley Wegmann.

Jill was a devoted wife, mother, nurse, and friend whose life was marked by kindness, compassion, and a deep commitment to caring for others. A lifelong caregiver, she served as a registered nurse in the Mother-Baby Unit at The University of Kansas Hospital, where she provided support and comfort to families during some of the most significant moments of their lives.

Above all, Jill cherished her role as a mother, which brought her the greatest joy. She was a loyal friend, a dedicated professional, and an avid animal lover. She found peace and renewal in nature, particularly in the mountains, and throughout her life sought deeper meaning through her spirituality and Catholic faith.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Blevins; her son, Brett Blevins; her daughter, Ally Blevins; her mother, Shirley Wegmann; her brother, Tim Wegmann; and her niece, Audrey Wegmann.  She was preceded in death by her father, Norbert Wegmann, and her brother, Jack Wegmann.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
