John Thomas Mura as born in Leavenworth, Kansas. He was preceded by loving wife Elizabeth Ann, daughter Maryann Elizabeth; stepson David Mark Heintzelman and brother Eddie Mura.
Dad is survived by brother Robert Mura and sister-in-law Patsy Mura, numerous nieces and nephews; his stepson Philip Heintzelman (Kelly). Dad was especially grateful for his grandkids Sam Heinitz, Jack, Maggie and Scott Heintzelman. Dad was a proud member of Plumbers local #8 and enjoyed a successful career as a Master Plumber with Waldo Plumbing, Sharp Brothers Contractors, AD Jacobson Contractors and retiring at John Mura Plumbing.
We are especially grateful to his care team at Avenue 81 and Advanced Home Health and Hospice. Memorials may be given to Cure of Ars Church Leawood or Advanced Home Health and Hospice.
