Patty i'm so sorry for your loss. I remember Jon when i was younger growing up and he lived the next street over from me. We never hung out but i remember him as a friend. I'm sure he is in heaven with Jesus and his family. Patty i pray that God will give you some relief from the loss of your husband and help you through this. Your friend Mike Flanagan.

Jon dedicated his career to understanding leadership. His understanding and ability to speak clearly and passionately about it changed thousand of lives - all for the better. He was amazing to work and travel with. Always present in the moment - he never missed an opportunity to challenge someone to think critically. He will be missed. Thank you, Jon.

Jon had a unique capacity for learning and thinking through topics he committed to, such as, management, leadership, and learning. Because of this he had a transformational impact on the professional lives of many of his students and especially colleagues lucky enough to work with him. I was one of them. Thank you, Jon.
