Jack Fleischaker, 19, passed away, April 28, 2026, in Topeka, Kansas.

He was born in Overland Park, Kansas to Parents Steve and Ashley (Smith) Fleischaker, on April 9, 2007.

Jack graduated from Blue Valley Northwest High School in May 2025 where he played baseball, football, and golf. He was a freshman at Kansas State University majoring in Finance. He was a proud member of the Sigma Chi fraternity where he co-chaired the Philanthropy activities and was recently elected Social co-chair for the 2026-27 school year. Jack was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. He was an avid golfer and lifelong fan of the St Louis Cardinals, Oklahoma Sooners, Rickie Fowler and Kansas City Chiefs.

He is preceded in death by his sister Natalie Taylor Fleischaker. Jack is survived by his parents, Steve and Ashley Fleischaker (Overland Park), twin sister Emily Grace Fleischaker, paternal grandparents Jim and Diana Fleischaker (Joplin, MO), maternal grandparents Gale and Lucy Smith, (Edmond, OK), Uncle and Aunt Michael Fleischaker and Aimee Hill Fleischaker, Uncle and Aunt Taylor Smith and Jessica McCune Smith, and cousins Gabe, Grady and Grayson Smith.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am on May 22, 2026, at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church, 12251 Antioch Rd., Overland Park, KS.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Midwest Transplant Network Midwest Transplant Network or Huntsman Cancer Institute Huntsman Cancer Foundation.
