Marcis "Marc" Moreno

In Loving Memory

September 5, 1989 – June 6, 2026

Marcis Moreno, lovingly known as Marc, was a kind-hearted man who remained a kid at heart. He enjoyed video games, watching movies and television series, especially Yellowstone, Marshal, and Dutton Ranch. He loved trying new foods, creating and sharing Instagram reels, and spending time with the pets he adored. His beloved dog and cats brought him great comfort and happiness. Marc worked at Walmart in Leavenworth, Kansas, where he valued his coworkers and was known for getting along with everyone he met. Though Marc sometimes struggled with health issues and loneliness, he often kept those burdens to himself because he never wanted to worry those he loved. His caring nature and concern for others were evident throughout his life. Marc often reminded those around him that Jesus is coming. On June 6, 2026, at the age of 36, he went home to be with the Lord. We find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his beloved Nana and Tata. Marcis will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his love for animals, his sense of humor, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures. He will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him.

I’m deeply sad that I won’t be able to speak to my friend here on Earth. I do know he is with our Lord and savior and that is the reassurance that the Lord gives us in his word. I’m sorry for your tremendous lost. I’m sorry that the family won’t be able to share more memories with him. But the victory is that he is with the Lord Jesus Christ. So if we want to see him again we need to walk on this narrow path that the Lord has given us. To the family of my Dear friend, rest on the Lord. To his mother Melinda. May you be strengthened by the word and be strengthen by the Holy Spirit. To give you guidance in this tough time. I know Marcis would love to see that I shared what was more important and that is the Lord.
